Will take your money, offer and exhibit excellent service on initial contact and visit, convince you to pay for the extras and then when it comes to claiming Warranty, (waterproofing after battery replacement) ....makes it so hard to have claim processed you are forced to walk away with nothing...

Beautiful engraver! Careful & thorough. Can be trusted with precious jewellery/gifts not to spoil it. Also both gents were friendly and personable with good advice. (Enough for me to leave a review, which I have never done before!)
The real sad part is that the watch had extreme sentimental value and is now destroyed.
